Lots of charm and a stunning lobby. Valet service was very slow and we had issues with housekeeping. Loved the PB&J sandwiches at night! Would recommend checking for cleanliness before settling in.

We truly enjoyed our time at Le Pavillon New Orleans. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—particularly the bellhop and restaurant waitress. Our room was immaculate, and the hotel's elegant decor made it memorable. Despite the old building's noise, the ambiance and service made it all worthwhile.

From my weekend strolls, I found this hotel perfectly nestled near must-see spots like the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Jackson Square, all within a 20-minute walk which made exploring super easy and enjoyable; not to mention the amazing breakfast buffet and accommodating staff enhancing the experience. The majestic, colonial-style interior adds a charming vibe. However, some maintenance could be improved to make the stay even better.

The lobby was stunning and radiated a beautiful vintage vibe that I absolutely loved. My room was spacious, clean, and had the comfiest bed ever. I felt pampered without breaking the bank, which is a win-win!
Would definitely recommend! 😍✨

The lobby is stunning with gorgeous chandeliers. Our room had maintenance issues, like a leaky shower. The peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at night were a nice touch. One elevator was out of service during our stay.

The hotel has a fantastic festive vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are well-appointed and clean. Plus, the location puts you in the heart of everything!
Just don’t forget to budget for the steep parking fees.

The staff shines brightly here—friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Early luggage drop-off made exploring easy. the room had issues: broken toilet seat and rattling noises all night were bothersome. The decor is charming, but misleading photos left us wanting more. Dining service felt intrusive, detracting from the experience. On the plus side, the comfort of the bed and air conditioning provided some solace. Despite its gorgeous design and a wonderfully welcoming staff, maintenance hiccups and uneven service marred an otherwise lovely stay.

The room was stunning, offering a rich ambiance that felt luxurious. The bed was high-quality, but a bit too soft for my taste. Linens were crisp and inviting. Shower pressure was excellent, with hot water readily available. We appreciated the room's elevation, which minimized outside noise from traffic and pedestrians. the lighting was quite dim, even with all lamps on, making it feel a bit cramped. The bathroom lacked counter space, which was inconvenient.

Beautiful inside and out. The lobby has an undeniable wow factor. Great location, perfect for the med school graduation — easy access to the university and convention center. Valet attendants exhibit absolute perfection in service. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, although renovation flaws were evident. Loved the PB & J tradition served daily — a charming touch. the check-in delay and issues with our room detracted from the experience. The TV and outlets didn’t work, and housekeeping was inconsistent. This hotel has potential, but it needs to focus on consistency and maintenance. Staff friendliness and cleanliness could elevate this experience to something truly remarkable. A little TLC goes a long way.

We checked in and had to wait forever for our room, only to find out it was ready without any notification. The whole experience felt chaotic, and the customer service was frustrating. Just didn't meet our expectations at all!

My friends and I had a blast checking out the Jazz Festival and partying at the Caesars Superdome and The Smoothie King Center – epic concerts all night long! Plus, being close to the 1,300-acre lush spot made exploring NOLA a breeze.
More fun events within the hotel would have taken the experience to the next level for us party-loving teens! .

The good stuff first: the hotel has this old, world charm that's just lovely. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous, and I even saw a bride doing her photoshoot there , so picturesque! The staff, for the most part, were really friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location is pretty convenient, with many major sites within walking distance. But, there were a few things that didn't quite hit the mark. Let's talk about the room , it was nicely furnished, but on the smaller side and quite dimly lit even with all lights on. The bathroom was tiny too, with almost no counter space. Not ideal. And the extracurriculars weren't great either. The corridors had a persistent smell of marijuana, which was a bit off, putting. we were overcharged for a simple salad, and despite reaching out to the hotel multiple times, I still haven't heard back about correcting the charge. Not cool. Oh, and one more thing , there were some disturbances in the wee hours of the morning, with loud shouting and crying echoing through the corridors. Definitely not the peaceful night's sleep I was hoping for. Le Pavillon has its charm, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Hopefully, they take note and make some changes.

With a cozy room size and a 10, minute walk to the vibrant area, the location was spot on. The rooms were well, kept, contributing to a comfortable stay. the festive atmosphere added a pleasant touch to the overall experience.
Despite the positives, there were a few hiccups during the stay. The room wasn't ready upon check, in as promised, leading to unnecessary waiting.

Enjoyed the amazing art collection at the museum and shopping at upscale stores. Staying at the hotel felt like living in a historical treasure with top-notch services. The animal encounters were a unique highlight.
Loved waiting for elevators due to the exquisite broken-down one.

During my Christmas stay, the renovated room was cozy and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from major attractions. Moreover, the staff was friendly and the decor of the hotel was pleasant and inviting.
There were some downsides to my experience. The water was unexpectedly turned off for maintenance, causing delays in my plans.

Nothing, all excellent! 😊
